Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to the details you give us through this website, and the choices you have about them.

Who we are

This website is run by Dollies Dusters, a cleaning business in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. You can email us at Sherriew919@gmail.com. Our current contact details are always on our contact page.

What we collect and why

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to deal with whatever you have asked us about, such as a quote for a clean.

Your message is stored on this website and emailed to us so that we can reply. We keep it until we delete it. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who looks after the website

This website is hosted for us in the United Kingdom by British Web Design Ltd. They store the website and the messages sent through it, and deliver its emails, on our behalf. They only use your details to provide that service to us.

Cookies

The website sets two small cookies that every visitor needs: a session cookie, which lets the site work as you move from page to page, and a security cookie, which protects the contact form from misuse. They are not used to track you.

We count visits to the website in a way that does not use cookies and does not identify you.

If we ever switch on Google Analytics or advertising tags, a banner will ask for your permission first. Nothing is set until you accept, and your answer is remembered in your browser.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or delete them, and object to how we use them. Just email us and we will help.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
