End of tenancy cleaning
A thorough, deposit-ready clean of the whole property, so you can hand back the keys with confidence.
Hand the keys back with a clear head
Moving is stressful enough without spending your last night in a rented home scrubbing the oven. Cleaning is the most common reason for deposit disputes, so it pays to get it right.
We clean the property to the standard your landlord or agent will be looking for at the check-out inspection. If you have your check-in inventory, send it over and we'll pay extra attention to anything it mentions.
We clean for tenants moving out, and for landlords and letting agents getting a property ready between tenants.

End of tenancy questions
Does the property need to be empty?
It's best if it is. With the furniture and boxes gone we can get inside every cupboard and along every skirting board. If that's not possible, let us know and we'll work around it.
How long does it take?
That depends on the size of the property and the state it's in. We'll give you an idea of how long we need when we quote, so you can plan your moving day around it.
Can landlords and letting agents book you?
Of course. Send us the address and the dates between tenants and we'll get the property ready for the next people.
